EGGNOG FRENCH TOAST

 INGREDIENTS
1 cup eggnog 

2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
8 slices (1/2 inch thick) french bread

DIRECTIONS:

Heat a skillet over medium heat.Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Beat together the eggnog, eggs, and cinnamon in a pie plate.
Place the bread slices in the egg mixture and turn to coat. Let soak for 1 minute.
Place the soaked bread in the skillet and cook until golden brown on one side, flip, and cook through, about 5 minutes each side.
Serve with butter, syrup, and powdered sugar.
